Strategic Advice Initial Steps

To succeed doing business in the Netherlands you have to make well-considered choices. These depend on many factors. What is the best location, what incentives will be offered, where do I find the best employees, what are my logistical requirements, etc. The choice for a successful strategy to enter the market is different for each company. In addition it is important to have knowledge in advance about the Dutch market, cultural differences in doing business, laws and regulations.

With my advice, I can help you with the first steps and point you in the direction of the relevant public and private entities that can further support you in the process of setting up your own branch in The Netherlands.

My network in the Netherlands consists of (semi-) governmental organizations, such as the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency, the Chamber of Commerce, and all nine Regional Economic Development Organizations, next to private industry organizations, lawyers and visa specialists.

Market Research

A successful market entry in the Netherlands and/or Europe, may depend on knowledge in advance about the market in which your product or service will have to make the necessary impact and has a chance of success.

By conducting a Market Research, I look for the answers to these questions. In advance, we jointly determine the setup and content of the research. In addition to desk research of a large number of economic sources, most of the relevant information is collected from both public and private organizations in my Dutch network.

I use TrustInAI for desk research. TrustInAI is a platform that ensures that no data can be collected by third parties when searching via an AI-chatbot model and the internet, ensuring the privacy, integrity and business data of the customer. A Non-disclosure agreement will be signed.

The fees for my services are very reasonable for SMEs , start- and scale-ups included. I'm self-employed and do not have any overhead or operational costs .
